1.Secure a blank application form from the office. To

2.Complete the necessary forms, being careful to supply
all information requested.
3.Return the completed forms along with appropriate fees to the school office.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Students seeking admission to the first grade must be
six by December 31, and Kindergarten must be five years
old by December 3l , and Pre-Kindergarten must be
2 1/2 years old by December 31 and fully potty trained.
